A lot of employees there are awesome, talented people and are very friendly and willing to teach you whatever it is you’d like to learn.
Cons
-Poor management -Low pay -Will “promote” workers without pay raise or title change -Poor benefits -Employees in Minneapolis, MN treated differently than employees in Mobile, AL -Lack of competent IT/DB resources -Some employees skirt by without having to do much work at all -No one gets fired/disciplined if they aren’t performing well -Upper management makes all the money and decisions that influence lower level employees -They (CPSI upper management) don’t seem to care about the well-being of their employees -Stuck in the ways of the past -Backwards mentality about Human Resources, technology and business operations -Constantly rolling out “new and exciting” plans that actually screw employees over and save the company a quick buck
