Pros

Healthcare informatics is an up and coming field. This company is one of the first to market for years now. Well respected in the area.

Cons

Having to wear khakis every single day gets old real quick. It's nice to be able to throw on pants, nike's and a polo sometimes.... The company is known for frequent layoffs. You will meet people there who have worked 10-15-20 years, but they have worked there on 3-4-5 different occasions. This can affect stacking benefits.

Pros

This is a great place for beginners in the IT space.

Cons

I was a Network Admin II and was paid WELL BELOW the national average. My direct management tree was not forthcoming with teaching. Most of what I learned came from co-workers, or I had to research the answers on my own.
