Great company if you can push past the travel barrier - Tech TruBridge Employee Review

Pros

Salary starts low, but increases quickly enough if you can just push past the all the travel. Travel is high with emergency travel on a minutes notice. You have to carry a travel bag to work. Most travel is to rural areas which is nice. Clients are rural hospitals and are for the most part great to work with. Most company staff are great, but like all companies, there are some rough spots. They are growing & of course have those associated issues. Nothing out of normal though & actually probably better than most. David Dye is one of the best leaders that I have ever worked with. Authentic, to the point dialog. I would not have any problems following him in a combat situation (well, if we were in the military, eh?) Boyd's the same cut.

Cons

Travel at a minutes notice. Amount of travel (easily make platinum level frequent flyer). Little more professionalism for SOME upper management. There's never a reason to yell or use profanity with an employee. Note that this only concerns one upper management employee. The rest follow David's mold to varying degrees.

Pros

This is a great place for beginners in the IT space.

Cons

I was a Network Admin II and was paid WELL BELOW the national average. My direct management tree was not forthcoming with teaching. Most of what I learned came from co-workers, or I had to research the answers on my own.
