Pros

It's a place to work.

Cons

Management is unsupportive of career advancement and lacks the honesty and transparency typically seen at smaller sized companies. Company uses internal support software that was developed in the 80's which greatly affects efficiency in simple daily tasks. Medical benefits are not a priority ironically.

This is a great place for beginners in the IT space.

Cons

I was a Network Admin II and was paid WELL BELOW the national average. My direct management tree was not forthcoming with teaching. Most of what I learned came from co-workers, or I had to research the answers on my own.
