Pros
The company is growing by leaps and bounds from what we employees here and their seems to be many opportunities to grow. The benefits package is good and they go to great pains to reward employees with positive feedback and thanks. They also allow promotions to different departments and up to management based on how well you are able to adapt to various departments. Some people have come into the most entry level position and are now on a management track. That tells me that they look at the person and the work they do, more than they do about who you are and who you know.
Cons
Communication is not always filtered down. There can be long days with a lot of stress to try and get the job done for our customers. Mistakes happen and we seem to be always trying to catch up.
