Pros

Good benefits at low cost with good health care options including gym membership discount, weight watchers, on-site clinic. Lenient with personal schedules.

Cons

Legacy software will drive you insane. Their application of Java and other current software tools are so limited you are almost lying by putting them on your resume. I would recommend anyone to continue to educate themselves with industrial standards instead of thinking that you can take the "CP way" anywhere else. You would be in big trouble. Since there isn't much to take from the job you will either have to leave as soon as you can find a better job or decide on being there for life. There is no gray area - sinking yourself 10 years here with a load of illogical and bad practices will cause detrimental harm to your career when you leave. Not only is personal development limited but so is the compensation. Salaries are very low until about 3 years when you qualify for profit sharing, then you will finally get close to market value. Also, the working environment daily is very boring and anti-social. Overall its really miserable!

Pros

This is a great place for beginners in the IT space.

Cons

I was a Network Admin II and was paid WELL BELOW the national average. My direct management tree was not forthcoming with teaching. Most of what I learned came from co-workers, or I had to research the answers on my own.
