The pay is a joke. They call it salary, but you still have to clock in and out, and it has to be to the minute or else you will get in trouble. Management style is "inexperienced micro managers". Managers who actually know the software are few and far between. But when it comes to clocking in/out, or having too much "free time" they are right on top of it.
