Upper management, no one really knows what is expected, rules change per person, polices aren’t given when requested, expected to take on additional roles but also expected to keep doing the same work load as you had before plus the new workload, meetings to plan more meetings, literally a joke since the changes have taken place. And let me not forget the layoffs of dedicated employees in order to outsource to cheaper workers in India.
