Pros

No reasons to join CPSI, since 2023

Cons

I’d be surprised if CPSI is hiring. Their business model is to move jobs offshore. Company Directors told employees that their positions were safe in the restructuring. But then a huge chunk of employees were let go with no notice. Their jobs were moved offshore. The Directors lied. Probably the company’s greatest strength was their employees. The product itself isn’t that great, and there is low customer satisfaction. They were already at risk of losing major customers. Before people the lay-offs, raises were held for years, because of the coming restructuring. It’s definitely not the right time to work at CPSI, unless you’re a Director.

Pros

This is a great place for beginners in the IT space.

Cons

I was a Network Admin II and was paid WELL BELOW the national average. My direct management tree was not forthcoming with teaching. Most of what I learned came from co-workers, or I had to research the answers on my own.
