No feed back from management. Teamwork to resolve issues is lacking. Meetings all the time with no resolution to issues. Newer C level management is disconnected from the real issues. Company stock has dropped 75% within the last year. Too much “we’ve always done it that way” mentality. Company is trying to offshore 70% of workforce. Company changed name from CPSI to Trubridge to try to save itself. Company is trying to innovate through acquisition. Company tries to solve issues by throwing money at it. Company does not care about its employees even though they have a “people first” motto. Board members are buying stock to try to make their company outlook appear better to the street. Pay is good but benefits are lacking.
