Pros
Direct supervisor was great. So many aspects of the job were out of her control and she was kind and did her best with what she was given.
Cons
CPSI as a whole is completely unstable. Laying off entire departments, and outsourcing to other countries. Pay is terrible with little room for advancement. Company is only concerned about corporate money and not its employees. The everyday job itself was so stressful with little proper support. Left on my own accord, along with many others. The writing is on the wall.
