incestuous employee politics, managers live with employees, managers have zero respect for employees, tenure means nothing. Impersonal, Managers treat you like they are royalty and you are a peasant. No one actually cares about you, hours are ripped from you if another employee who is favored (best friends with manager) needs them. or wants more lucrative night hours. You will be given the worst possible hours and if you don't like it no one cares because your existence is a joke to them. The ball can be dropped by multiple different areas when you do ToGo shifts and you are blamed each time as if it is your 100% your fault.
