Pros

pretty solid pay (sometimes), interesting, laid back and hard working but open minded people seem to work at the restaurant. closes at 9 on weekdays and 10 on the weekends which is good for the folks that arent into being at work too late

Cons

corporate cant seem to decide on the direction they are going. secret shoppers have been hired to shop stores again despite a GLOBAL PANDEMIC? more and more silly little things have been added (or re-added) for seemingly no reason by people who are extremely removed from the actual operations of the restaurant. all positions (except for hosting) are paid "minimum wage" ($2.13/hr); to go workers have recently seen a huge spike in work with almost no increase in pay do to uber eats, postmates and grub hub being added to the delivery list
