Sometimes a fun work environment but toxic management - Host and To-Go True Food Kitchen Employee Review

The management is toxic... they talk behind employees backs to other employees, roll their eyes when you ask a question (or even ask for your paycheck/tips at the end of the night), and they change the rules up for hosts all the time. Also they will work you to the point it is barely legal, making you work 11 days straight, no breaks etc. Also there is a superiority complex between the servers and hosts/bussers for some reason. It was a fun place to work at first but as time went on managers started showing their true colors, I didn't realize how toxic it was until I left and found a new job.
