Pros
Nice coworkers. You can eat healthy (or not). Somewhat flexible. Though not as easy to switch your schedule as they claim. Casual uniform. Fine if you just need a PT job and not a primary income.
Cons
Constant manager turnover and changing policies. Managers date staff which creates conflict. Lots of cleaning sidework - scrubbing chairs and table bases. It's hard work for not the best pay due to small sections. Started using app for guests payment and ordering and people tip less that way. Staff is not important. Only the guest is. They let guests sit in your small section all day.
