Pros

The concept was cool and I liked that it was able to be so inclusive. fast paced so went by fast

Cons

hard to get anytime off, had us take breaks in the beginning of our shifts, had to say yes to everything and could not add service charge to any tables. Often I would get tables of 20 people and they would tip so bad that I would lose money because regardless of what I made I had to tip out a certain percentage of my sales to bussers and bartenders. I

Pros

Kind GM, flexible with schedule

Cons

They make it impossible to qualify for 401k or good health insurance. Constantly changing menu and taking customer favorites off. Lots of management and leadership changes.
