Pros
TFK wages typically start higher than other local surrounding restaurants. Almost everything is prepped from absolute scratch so you will have the opportunity to learn a lot if you don't have much experience.
Cons
You will accumulate no PTO or vacation days unless you are in a management position. Any unpaid time off must be requested and approved. Often you will stay at 1-3 hours later than your scheduled time, but sometimes you will be sent home early. You can get overtime during busier weeks as a prep but don't count on it.
