Notice I said "used to" for everything. Company headed in wrong direction. Adding sugar, salt and fat to menu. Not healthy. Becoming more like Cheesecake or CPK. No longer "true" to the brand. There's as much sugar in the lemonade as a 12oz can of coke. The ONLY thing that matters is labor. Hours getting cut. They don't care about employees or the original concept. Fewer managers and regionals so all are doing more work. There is discord at the top and poor communication. We get inaccurate training information. Service standards have dropped. Employees sense the frustration of the management team. Lots of turnover. The guests are noticing the changes. Smaller portions, lesser quality. Higher prices. Stressed out management. Menu is very dated. Using popular dishes from the late 90s, early 2000s. No longer a fresh, seasonal concept. New CEO is ruining the brand. He was at our location once. He didn't talk to staff. That speaks volumes. It was time to leave this sinking ship.
