Pros
I started working at the credit union with NO banking experience. They teach you everything you need to know, and then some. As you learn more and get comfortable with all of the aspects of your job, Truity will continue to give you new takes, challenges, and opportunities to grow. It's impossible to know it all here, and I still learn something new every day. They are heavily involved in the community and have several volunteer opportunities every year. You get to meet and get to know all of your co-workers from all 4 states. You can't deny the sense of Culture you feel when you work here. You learn about 'real world' problems and solutions that you typically wouldn't get to learn on your own, until a problem were to occur. Everyone has a place, everyone has a role, every job title is important
Cons
It may not be the highest paying job around, but certainly is competitive in other areas where a 'higher paying' job may strongly lack.
