-Total rewards are not competitive -Being nice can undermine business outcomes; nobody wants to hurt anyone's feelings so results suffer -Solid execs, but some offer confusing or little direction -Lack of strategic alignment among execs -Routinely understaffed in sales/service and support areas -Everyone wants to do everything, no strategic prioritization means stalling -Decisions don't seem data driven/the data is unscientific or not industry aligned

Good benefits with extremely low monthly premium.

Cons

They promote from within so coworkers often lack education, intellect, and new ideas. I think this creates insecurity (imposter syndrome) because it feels like every man for himself rather than good teamwork.
