I'm a non-management employee who has worked here for more than a decade. Before joining Truliant, I'd worked three prior professional jobs for a decade in another industry. The norm was benefit reductions and ownership changes. Not so here. Truliant is and continues to be a refreshing workplace. Besides having a legacy of doing the right thing (for more than 70+ years), and having a great reputation, this is the most employee-centric place I've ever worked. I have only ever known my benefits to grow. I've only been given more freedom and encouragement to grow in my job as well. This company that has grown by $3 billion+ in assets and more than 150,000 members since I started here. There is a great sense of achievement in that. Truliant is always striving to be the best. I have great benefits - this is a fact. Our ancillary services, like Truliant Insurance, have acquired agencies and continue to grow their agent base - we were the number one SBA credit union lender in the country last year. There is an amazing amount of paid time off and options to grow your paid time off. Last year, I was able to take my family to Carowinds, a benefit provided by Truliant to all employees, with lunch provided by the company as well, on our family fun day company picnic. This is something I wouldn't necessarily do on my own due to the cost. The company opened a brand new facility two years ago to give employees an even better work experience. I see continuous improvement on top of continuous improvement of an already great experience each year.
