Pros
great team, nice customers, relaxing environment... the views are also really pretty which makes work feel pretty painless.
Cons
i do not have any cons to share other than the realty that vineyards are open on weekends, which requires staffing on weekends. But management does a good job of accommodating employees' schedules.
