Pros

The property is beautiful and with the right manager could be doing so much better

Cons

No support from upper management, countless departments request items to do our jobs better or just restocking our current supply but it falls on deaf ears making this place highly unsanitary. I haven't been here very long but have seen close to 10 people be hired and leave including the property manager. The atmosphere feels like everyone is one bad day away from quitting.

Pros

The scenery and customers are great.

Cons

Treated horribly. They screw you on hours. And if you are part time, forget about any of the benefits they list. It is filled with a bunch of snakes who lie about you to better themselves. No future advancements no matter what they claim.

Pros

Really do get to experience a wine making operation on large scale, international and domestic distribution, some fun on site events, for the most part great people

Cons

management staff so isolated and stuck in own beliefs, will try to weed you out if they don't like you for one little issue, base salary is never the greatest, creativity is not worth it
