Pros

Health benefits, bring your dogs/cats to work; location

Cons

SO many you could write a book about them! Management is NOT open to everyone's needs and they have their favorites and they will treat you like gum under their shoe if you aren't on their "favorite" list; they don't listen to your concerns but rather talk about you and mock you behind your back. They spend more time shopping online, smoking, take shopping/coffee breaks or just gossiping than actually working as a manager. They are overpaid babies. They allow some dogs even if they are aggressive if you once again, fall under their "like" category. The CEO spends him time gossiping and taking trips instead of making sure his company is being run properly. It's like a bunch of pre school children there. You really have to go in heartless and without a back bone to survive. Their turnover rate is TREMENDOUS and if you call out sick, or a family member is sick/passed away; prepare for a "warning" slip from them. They don't care what your situation is if you aren't their favorite.

Pros

Very good benefits, especially PTO / Great coworkers with shared "values" (outside of upper mgmt) / Remote Help pets every day

Cons

The co has become another typical corporate greed - no longer cares about customer or staff experience, only the bottom line. Charges premium prices for not so premium insurance, with progressive cut backs in coverage yet continuous policy increases in much too large of percentage (as an employee, I could never afford my own plan). They used to be fantastic, progressive and all-inclusive. Now they keep hide their true behaviors behind a cloak of "transparency" and have lost sight of their own values.
