Pros
Generally great benefits! My little pup had his insurance fully covered, and so did I for medical, dental, and vision, and being able to bring him into work with me was great! My coworkers there were really devoted to what they were doing, and genuinely wanted to do their best to help people. Recently, they started undergoing a lot of change with trying to fix the culture to be more welcoming and enjoyable for employees, and they were slowly but surely making positive changes.
Cons
There wasn't much room to grow if you started in Customer Care. They told me during my interview about how easy it was to move up or into a position that more suited my career goals, but I found out after working almost 2 years there that this wasn't so much the case unless you knew the right people. The same followed for general employee input about the way that they were being treated - it's terrible that I can say that my manager liked me which meant that I was treated better than some of my coworkers. I also know that managers themselves a lot of the time weren't given the proper tools to fully do their jobs as leadership - this was especially clear as during the meetings to discuss improving the culture middle management was blamed for issues, but not provided solutions. I'm just hoping they (as in, upper management AND middle management) get their stuff together because the employees working under them deserve better.
