Pros
I really enjoy working here. I feel like we have wonderful benefits, especially health care especially since I have very real need of it. And who wouldn't be happy with all the doggos we have here? There are very supportive and approachable management and coworkers. I'm not quite sure what circumstances were going on in the 7/25/19 review, but I've never had that experience. I've always been able to talk to my managers. I have also found that my concerns are heard, surveyed with other members and were addressed accordingly when it was found to be a widespread issue. I think that we have an easy ability to bonus especially if you do what you're supposed to do: I easily bring down a second paycheck worth in bonuses. You can't be afraid to work hard here, but I think the change in benefits really ended up helping out a lot. There's additionally tons of opportunity to progress. We added new teams and new assistant manager positions. There are senior customer service positions opening up due to feedback from us too.
Cons
Technology isn't as adept as necessary - the main data system that we use gives us the most trouble, malfunctioning regularly. I also personally feel that we're promoting from within too early.
