Pros
Ability to work remotely, great pay in my opinion, they've made strides in changing how senior management interacts with employees, I was hired 3 years ago when a lot of the 'managers don't care about employee' reviews were getting posted, but i have never once seen this or felt this way since being promoted to a manager role. We are encouraged to help team members move up from within, and have monthly 1:1 so we can better communicate. We are given the tools to succeed, you simply have to use them and express that you want to move up, and you will. You're free to manage how you want to (they dont make you micromanage in my department).
Benefits are awesome as there is an onsite daycare (paid by Trupanion), generous RSUs, generous quarterly and monthly bonuses, before COVID managers would be flown to Seattle to work in office for a week every quarter (I am out of state), paid insurance for 1 pet, paid health insurance, etc.
Cons
401k matching would be great but with the large amount of RSUs were given I've made more with that in 6 months than the 3 years ive been putting into my 401k.
