5yThank you for taking the time to review Trupanion. I am glad to see that you enjoy our pet passionate and friendly office! In regards to the 401k match, it is coming soon for our employees! We do group our PTO but this is to give more flexibility for employees to use how they see fit. When next year rolls around, your PTO will grow to 21 days and gain a day every year (maxing at 6 weeks). This is also not including our 9 paid holidays and 1 PTO day for volunteering. If you are finding that our PTO program is not accommodating your needs, please contact Benefits@Trupanion.com to discuss further resources and options for unexpected illness time off.
