Pros
Great presentation recently as we all got together in Seattle for our annual meeting. Everyone loves animals, wants to protect them while building a book of business.
Cons
Saw many tru personalities over the few days I spent in Seattle, contacted 'dismissed' TPs following my trip - consensus is to watch out for leadership team and not to trust them. Very sad to have learned this. Very good and passionate people have invested time, energy and money into clouded mismanagement of goals and direction for a company with no real consideration for the TPs that have built the company. There's 0 security as they can cancel your contract if you disagree with them at all or if there is a personality conflict.
