Pros
Great work at home options, employee benefits, healthcare, 401k and stock options and time off offered immediately. Great managers and incentives on the Care team at least. They know it's hard in a call center on your mental health and try to support where needed, promotions are almost all internal. Great place for LGBTQ in the way of safe place and in general, have a bunch of diversity programs.
Cons
Hard on time management, down to 2 mins of unscheduled free time a day (an hour unplanned time a month) to go to the bathroom or emergencies away from the desk when not on break. Strict on reviews of customers, below a 4.2 out of 5 and no bonus (although pretty fair in not letting people lower it for no good reason)
