Rely too heavily on RSUs in replacement of raises. Base pay typically remains stagnant and not in line with the increase of cost of living. Training since moving to WFH has been lacking, resulting in a higher than normal turnover rate for new hires IT department is spread too thin resulting in decreased performance in other departments There seems to be a lack of diversity, hard to find a POC in management
