Pros
Trupanion is great at aligning everyone under the same set of company goals which makes us feel like we are all going the same direction. I feel that there is generally good support across teams and the environment is inclusive. I think Trupanion is excellent at career development and they are always looking to hire internally or advance internal careers. I feel very supported and appreciated in my role. The benefits are also good and you receive stock in the company as well. Lastly, we are growing at a fast pace and so it's normal for processes to change frequently and there is always something new to tackle or work on.
Cons
The biggest downside would be the pay which seems to be lower than other industry standards, however when you have a great working environment and flexibility, sometimes pay isn't the most important thing.
