Pros

You get to work from home. Literally the only good thing.

Cons

Horrible pay. Promise of a bonus structure that is then IMPOSSIBLE to get. Snotty, infantile, and inexperienced managers that have no business leading ANYONE. Do you have a concern that you want to talk to your manager about? Go ahead, try it. They’ll find a way to fire you. The people who work here have BEGGED for living wages for YEARS, and the leadership has done NOTHING. Wait, sorry, they DO put a lot of effort into gaslighting their employees, and maybe that’s how they get their 6 figure bonus checks? They wouldn’t spit on you if you were on fire.

Pros

Very good benefits, especially PTO / Great coworkers with shared "values" (outside of upper mgmt) / Remote Help pets every day

Cons

The co has become another typical corporate greed - no longer cares about customer or staff experience, only the bottom line. Charges premium prices for not so premium insurance, with progressive cut backs in coverage yet continuous policy increases in much too large of percentage (as an employee, I could never afford my own plan). They used to be fantastic, progressive and all-inclusive. Now they keep hide their true behaviors behind a cloak of "transparency" and have lost sight of their own values.
