      Pros

      I've never worked for a better company. I was given the opportunity to work as a TPA and i'm loving every minute of it. The job was pretty stressful at first, but now that I'm in the trenches, and P&C licensed, everything is going great. The benefits are wonderful; 5 weeks off a year, medical insurance, commission, supportive management, and corporation. They really care about their employees and are very involved in the veterinary and pet industry. Every one of my coworkers is pleasant and eager to offer support. I love working here!

In regards to offering a Trupanion policy to TPAs, all benefits decisions are made by your Territory Partner. I would encourage you to voice your wishes directly to the TP who employs you.       Very good benefits, especially PTO / Great coworkers with shared "values" (outside of upper mgmt) / Remote Help pets every day

      Cons

      The co has become another typical corporate greed - no longer cares about customer or staff experience, only the bottom line. Charges premium prices for not so premium insurance, with progressive cut backs in coverage yet continuous policy increases in much too large of percentage (as an employee, I could never afford my own plan). They used to be fantastic, progressive and all-inclusive. Now they keep hide their true behaviors behind a cloak of "transparency" and have lost sight of their own values.
