Pros
Health insurance is decent. One paid pet insurance premium for one pet. Mostly remote.
Cons
Management does not care about repeatedly abusive callers- they say they have an abusive member protocol but don't actually enforce it. Management does pick favorites, and if you aren't it, you'll never make it out of the contact center. The company also doesn't believe in cost of living or performance based pay increases, they'll only give you RSU stock bonuses which aren't worth anything.
