Pros
These are pro's of when I worked there, that then devolved into actually living hell for those who weren't laid off. Benefits - no cost medical insurance, $600 a year just because, to be healthy. That free cash could be used on literally anything health related. I used it to pay for some months of my 1 of 2 dogs insurance premiums, then I used some for protein shakes for a needed diet change...free money, so legit. - The mental health benefits, and the high almost too much to understand way of insisting on taking your loaded at new year, generous vacation/sick PTO. Your mission, in the end, is to help humans cope with the unexpected and especially noow, the INSANE cost of service
Cons
The leadership brought on at the top massively changed the workplace and the culture. Taking it from the near-perfect set up which if I am sincere, I thought I would NEVER find. Having worked long and multiple positions for Amazon, Nordstrom, ben, and Jerry's...I was almost in a dream...like is this all real, and what do you mean I should take a day when mental health is needed, your team can shift, and you do the same as needed...wow. that I finally actually loved my work, it's an amazing mission because, puppies are so much more meaningful to save (sorry humans)
