Pros

At $18/hour it’s decent pay for the work.

Cons

They do not offer any bonuses or incentives unless you are sales but they often expect you to inform them of add on’s and then transfer you to sales so they can get the bonus and not you despite you doing most of the work. Management is a joke and they demean you as your work load increases or as they make people angry by increasing their rates and expecting you to make them happy despite not being able to help them. Managers are only out for themselves, they will fire you at the slightest rumor of inconvenience. Had a friend who was fired simply because she asked to be out on a different team because their manager had a bad management style and liked to talk down to them about any tiny mistake. When they requested to change teams, suddenly HR steps in and claims they don’t align with the company values. Management is cliquey and pretend to be kind when they are not. This company should be good but it is infested but cruel, un-empathetic, hostile, self serving middle management and until they do a clean sweep and get ride of those who only care about themselves and should not be in a position to manage anyone, this company will always suffer.

Pros

Very good benefits, especially PTO / Great coworkers with shared "values" (outside of upper mgmt) / Remote Help pets every day

Cons

The co has become another typical corporate greed - no longer cares about customer or staff experience, only the bottom line. Charges premium prices for not so premium insurance, with progressive cut backs in coverage yet continuous policy increases in much too large of percentage (as an employee, I could never afford my own plan). They used to be fantastic, progressive and all-inclusive. Now they keep hide their true behaviors behind a cloak of "transparency" and have lost sight of their own values.
