Pros
They insured my pet as a benefit, and I’m glad that cost them $400+/month. That’s the only pro.
Cons
- hire people who have zero of the qualifications listed in the JD - pay is awful, and is completely inconsistent. Get hired during a rough patch with Trupanion? Enjoy getting paid in dirt unless you wipe the butts of senior leadership to get a promotion. - IF you get a promotion, check your pay and bonus. - CONSTANTLY getting rates wrong and throwing money at customers. And those teams get zero repercussions, and just continue making the same mistakes. - “leaders” become leaders because they sat in a chair one day when no one else was in office. Thanks Trup for staying in my mental history with the worst boss. - ZERO accountability. Scapegoating the heck out of your direct reports. - Darryl once “empowered” people to own the company - can I have the option to give you my stock back? I don’t want this.
