Cons
Horrible management. The business is undergoing a complete redo and was desperate to find current in-house employed individuals to hire who were not fit for the role as managers rather than hire outside the company. It was sloppy. A lot of narcissism, misdirection, unprofessionalism and sudden major layoffs without warning. The communication was absolutely horrendous. Unclear directions, kept in the dark, and apparently hire-ups “didn’t know anything so we had to wait and see.” The company made breaking record profits in 2022 and became greedy which is a huge part of why they did major layoffs, and replaced in state employees with oversea employees. Maybe the company will find its feet in a few years, but I strongly suggest avoiding this place.
