Pros

Great work culture, really nice work/office space. Flex work (come in to the office whenever you want, just get the job done.) After work every Friday with free alcohol and snacks. Free sodas, redbull, fruits and various snacks 24/7. Also free breakfast everyday, with a lot of options to select from.

Cons

As a Java Dev I felt a little bit stuck because I felt like I didn't learn so much anymore after 1.5 years so I quit after 2~years of employment. But I still miss the place. Its a cool place to work at.

The teams are filled with incredibly smart, driven people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Work-life balance is respected while there is a strong emphasis on moving fast together

Cons

Priorities can shift quickly since the company is growing and adapting to a fast-paced market, You need to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity at times.
