Pros

Good work life balance and the company is fully remote. The people are great to work with and the company is on the forefront of the Open Banking initiative which is interesting and exciting to be part of.

Cons

Little to no travel budget which is impactful since this is a fully remote company. It's not uncommon for teammates to go 12 months without seeing each other. Unclear long term strategy with almost quarterly organizational restructuring.

The teams are filled with incredibly smart, driven people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Work-life balance is respected while there is a strong emphasis on moving fast together

Cons

Priorities can shift quickly since the company is growing and adapting to a fast-paced market, You need to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity at times.
