People are nice. Interesting industry.

Cons

You will be overworked. Many of the top level brass only care about bottom line, not the people. Look at how many managers and team members that have been pushed out/let go. Yet the top level remains...you are only a cog in the machine.

The teams are filled with incredibly smart, driven people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Work-life balance is respected while there is a strong emphasis on moving fast together

Cons

Priorities can shift quickly since the company is growing and adapting to a fast-paced market, You need to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity at times.
