Pros

- Remote work - Friendly coworkers - Unlimited PTO - Good, versatile product

Cons

- Job stability is ZERO. I have seen other SDRs get fired after just 2-3 months under quota. This happens all the time with SDRs and across all sales divisions. - Low base salary compared to most SDR averages in tech. Commission was also SIGNIFICANTLY lower than advertised during interviews, felt lied to. - Management is constantly changing, leading to unclear goals and directives. 3 different CEOs in 6 years... If you are considering a SDR role at Truveris, I would urge you to reconsider. You have no job stability, and even 1 bad month will put you on the chopping clock. It is not worth the constant stress, especially for the low pay. There are plenty of other SDR roles at other companies that will pay you significantly more and offer you far better quality of life. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

It's a very small company so if you're looking for a place where you can be unknown, this isn't it.

Pros

I’ve been at Truveris for over 4 yrs. The company’s current direction feels like the strongest it’s been during my time here. Most of our senior leaders have been with the organization for 5+ years, and they’re well respected across the company with lots of experience in the pharmacy space. I’ve genuinely enjoyed working with leadership and learning from their expertise, and appreciate that they're accessible and open to feedback/suggestions. A few years ago, we definitely had some challenges with employee turnover, but that has improved a lot over the past year or two. There’s more consistency now, both in leadership and across overall employees. So although we’ve had three CEOs in the last seven or so years, lately things have felt much more stable and our current CEO, Garrett, seems like the strongest strategic direction for us. The company is growing at a strong pace and it's exciting to be part of the trajectory. At times, things can move really quickly and it can be hard to keep up/prioritize, but there are decent processes in place to support the pace. More recently, the product team has made meaningful investments in the platform, and it feels like we’ve been delivering more product enhancements over the past year (and the tech stack seems to be working better than in the past). Being fully remote can make it harder to have visibility into everything happening across the organization, but overall I really value the flexibility. Overall great place to build a career!

Cons

Sometimes things can move a little fast before alignment
