We're sorry you haven't had the best experience with management. Managing is a very difficult job, so we strive to provide regular training and support for our management staff. No one here expects perfection; it's just not a reasonable expectation. In fact, we encourage informed risk-taking and mistakes are nothing to be ashamed of - they are a great way to learn . We also don't approve of anyone, manager or otherwise, yelling in a disrespectful manner (yelling in celebration is another story!).
