Pros
Nice to have free food, have opportunity to learn. Nice location and office.
Cons
As the title mentions, Tusimple is growing very fast now and there are somw toxic people that have no contribution but dragging the team down. Some manager is very incompetent to be that position. He kept messing thing around without any logic and plans. The company may what to accelerate to process by hiring more people. But in my opinion, there is enough actually competent people. If there isn't useless team member and there is a better manager, every expectation from the top level management can be achieved.
