I have been in Supply Chain for (29) years as a Master Scheduler and until today, I have never dealt with a company as focused on Employee Excellence as I have with Tu Simply and the Tu Simple Team. It is my absolute pleasure to recommend the Tu Simple Team and Company. My Recruiter, Alisa - has been more than thorough along with the Tu Simple HR Resource Team, Sage, Alisa, Marcela and Talia. These ladies are truly a valuable asset to the Tu Simple Team. All of the Onboarding is completed remotely through the Tu Simple Portal. Honest, dependable, and incredibly hard working. Beyond that, each one displays impressive knowledge and skills in processing a new employee, Recruiting and HR along with Payroll Onboarding. These Ladies attributed a huge advantage to the entire process and my Recruiter - Alisa, is also very transparent, straight forward, open and honest. I was specifically told by my Recruiter, "I am treating you the way that I would want to be treated", and Ms. Alisa actually did and she followed through. These Ladies possess a skillset, and undeniable talent. It has been an absolute joy in dealing with this Team and if this is any display of what working with the Team and Company will be like - I have undoubtedly made the right decision.
