If you thrive in a ol'boy network, this is the company for you! They will stop nothing to ruin your career. They talk about open and honest feedback, that is just a ploy to get you to open up. After you do, they will fabricate any reason to get rid of you. The management team is corrupt and the Executive leadership has completely checked out. This company is about 1.5 years away from either selling or folding entirely. They have inexperienced managers, I wonder if they have had any leadership training at all, ruining the business. This company is in serious trouble! All of which is leadership. Including the company CEO. Everyone in leadership has resigned or got paid extreme amounts of money when they left the company. Class action law suits for investor fraud and unsafe practices. Leadership has zero integrity!
