competitive salaries at first, but then.... (wait until they change things on you by surprise)
Cons
They are being sued by their own shareholder. I think that says it all! Culture is very biased to foreign Asian nationals, ways of running the company is very dictatorial, top-tier talent has been let go that contributed to the initial success of the company, so things are really heading downwards from this point on.
