Pros

Cool product, in fast paced industry, gives all the cool start-up perks, free lunch, snacks, etc. Unlimited PTO but never get a chance to use it.

Cons

Horrible culture starting from the top down. Most individual Contributors are taken advantage of, worked to the bone and treated like they are 100% dispensable. Good luck making any money or getting paid commission on time/ at all. There is a reason this place is a revolving door.

Thanks for the feedback, which we take seriously, even if it is negative. It's unfortunate that you felt you had this experience, and we are a culture that embraces all feedback, but much of what is stated here is untrue. We pay our people, sales and otherwise, on time and at or above industry market benchmarks. The result is that we are also 30%+ below industry average on attrition. Our low attrition rates help to show the passion our people have for working at Tulip. Also we have unlimited PTO and encourage our people to take vacations, and we even had several Reset Days (additional all-company Fridays off work) over the past 6mo to make sure people recharge and balance work and life. Good luck on your next role!

Pros

Company is growing quickly, which means there's real opportunity to take on more scope if you want it. The people here are genuinely sharp and I've learned a lot just from working alongside them. Tulip is very AI-forward, not just in the product but internally too, and there's a real push to actually use these tools day-to-day rather than just talk about them, which makes the work feel current and interesting.

Cons

Pace and workload are high which suits people who like moving fast, but it's not for everyone and it can be tiring at times.

Pros

Good product, good inbound, good HQ

Cons

Long sales cycle (6-9 months), customers scale slowly, and the real money is in expansion
