Tulip is very AI-forward, not just in the product but internally too, and there's a real push to actually use these tools day-to-day rather than just talk about them, which makes the work feel current and interesting.

Pace and workload are high which suits people who like moving fast, but it's not for everyone and it can be tiring at times.
